Return and Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for products only under the following conditions:
The item received is damaged or broken due to our fault.
There is an issue with the size or color that differs from what was ordered.
Please note:
The brand is not responsible for any damage caused to the product by the customer after delivery.
If a customer wishes to exchange a product for any of the valid reasons mentioned above, the shipping charges to send the item back to our warehouse will be borne by the customer.
Additionally, the customer will also bear the delivery charges for the replacement item sent from our warehouse.
Inspection Process:
Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, our team will inspect it thoroughly, just as it was inspected before dispatch. If it is found that the item was damaged by the customer, the exchange request will not be approved.
